The Chef's pastry work fascinates. Like a personified bell, the hand-crafted dark chocolate sculpture is a delightful setting under which a Christmas cake with intoxicating flavors is delicately revealed. Light toasted vanilla mousse, lemon cream, very lemon, hazelnut praline and fleur de sel, hazelnut macaroon biscuit, regressive crisp. Amazing, definitely striking!
